Global Caveat

We have been hearing over many years, from politicians and through the media, the effects that global warming is having on the environment. Many scientists believe global warming is hurting our environment; other scientists do not.  However scientists do agree that: Global average temperature is about 0.6°Celsius—or just over 1°Fahrenheit—higher than it was a century ago; Atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) have risen by about 30 percent over past 200 years; and  Carbon dioxide, like water vapour, is a greenhouse gas whose increase is likely to warm the Earth’s atmosphere. Scientists do not agree on whether: (1) we know enough to ascribe past temperature changes to carbon dioxide levels; (2) we have enough data to confidently predict future temperature levels; and (3) at what level temperature change might be more damaging than beneficial to life on Earth.

The temperature rise of 0.6°C over the last century is at the bottom end of what climate models suggest should have happened. This suggests that either the climate is less sensitive to greenhouse gases than previously thought or that some unknown factor is depressing the temperature. Predictions of 6°C temperature rises over the next 100 years are at the extreme end of the range, and are the result of faulty economic modelling, not science. Evidence from satellite and weather balloon soundings suggests that the atmosphere has warmed considerably less than greenhouse theory suggests. There is a disparity between the surface temperature measurements, which cover only a small fraction of the Earth but show sustained warming, and these measurements, which cover the whole atmosphere and show only a very slight warming.

There is scientific agreement that the world has warmed and that man is at least partly responsible for the warming—though there is no consensus on the precise extent of man’s effect on the climate. There is ongoing scientific debate over the parameters used by the computer models that project future climatic conditions. They state, we cannot be certain whether the world will warm significantly and we do not know how damaging—if at all—even significant warming will be.
 
"In the 1970s, there was a serious debate about whether we were entering a new ice age and the cause back then was based on emissions. Now, those same emissions are allegedly the cause of global warming today." Now come on, one cannot have it both ways, but there again man can never get anything right, that is why I do not trust in the wisdom of men, but I do trust in the wisdom and power of Almighty God. Over recent months politicians from all the political party’s have been jumping on the global warming bandwagon and are using the subject as a tool to exceed and damage the political opposition. Even different countries are trying to outsmart each other on this very subject.

Never the less, if one sets politics aside, there is no denying that worldwide environmental degradation is taking place. Evidence of this can be seen by the natural catastrophes that have and are happening in many parts of the world. We have seen extreme weather conditions in almost every part of the world. Tornados, flooding, extreme heat, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, melting glaziers,  drought and also forest fires. Many lives have been lost due to these disasters and many through starvation, due to failed crops and war. Wildlife has also perished, there has also been a disruption to the migration of animals and birds and everything and everyone is affected. It is an enigma to politicians and scientists alike, hence the various theories as to the cause of this phenomena. Why everyone is up in arms about these happenings is amazing, as Bible prophecy clearly states that this is how the end times would be, a time of tribulation, in other words wars, misery, trouble, strange weather patterns, affliction and distress. Yes, it is there for all to read and understand, the blindness and lack of comprehension is amazing in itself!

One never hears a peep out of politicians or scientists, as to what effects that continuing wars over many decades has also had on the environment, including the Atomic and Hydrogen bombs during world war 2, plus numerous nuclear tests that have taken place since. Not forgetting the numerous wars that are taking place at this very moment. It is also clear to see, by all those who have not got their heads buried in the sand, that the sabre rattling which is taking place between nations at this very moment, will without a shadow of doubt lead to World War 3, this I can guarantee, because this is what your Bible predicts. Yes, the battle of the great day  of God Almighty is near at hand.



Why does the Stern Report show a steady rise in CO2 over the last 2000 years – when in fact it was warmer in the 14th and 15th centuries than it is now? Has there not also been a variation in solar activity for many centuries as well. But the ultimate question remains, is global warming the root cause of degradation to our planet, or is global warming an ingredient of a more ominous issue? I believe however, global warming is not the basic cause of all these environmental crises that we have been experiencing. Yet politicians and scientists alike fail to even consider the following question; is global warming the cause-or the effect?

I believe the origin of global ecological disasters lies in mankind’s rejection of the physical laws governing environmental and rural management. Plus non-compliance to God’s spiritual law has brought about the climate and environmental curses, which are besieging our planet with such a devastating, effect. The extreme weather is the direct consequence of mankind's lack of respect "for each other, for the planet and for God". "We are reaping the consequences of our moral degradation, as well as environmental damage." This I believe: "Is a strong and definite judgment because the world has been arrogant in going its own way, we are now reaping what we have sown."

When God created this Earth it was He that was the architect behind the flourishing and healthy operation of this planet. Therefore environmental blessings and success come from compliance and the enthusiasm to live within and respect the physical laws that govern our planet. These essential laws are outlined in God’s education manual for operating His creation. In the Bible God provides specific environmental laws such as how to care for fruit trees, when to plant crops, when to rest the land. Even laws designed to protect nesting birds. There are laws about property and land rights and also laws about economics. God exposed an explicit and practical economic system. The overriding principle these laws are based upon is the principle of give.

Mankind has operated on the principle of get for thousands of years and has abused his environment in order to produce more to get more, all the while neglecting to take care of the environment that God gave him to nurture and keep, after all man is the custodian of this planet. Man has stripped the soil of its fertility through chemical use and wrong farming practices, a prime example being the European Union Agriculture Policy. There has been deforestation of vast areas of land throughout the world and the majority of these forests are never replanted.

The deforestation of the Amazon rainforest is a prime example of wanton destruction on a grand scale; the result of this is affecting our environment. It has killed thousands of species of plants and animals by destroying the habitat that those species are living in and adapted to. In 25 years, almost half the world’s species of plants and animals will be destroyed. When trees are cut down and decay the carbon dioxide that they took in, they release back into the air. This increases the greenhouse effect and helps global warming. As the rainforest disappears, the possibilities for finding cures of diseases will disappear as well. One hundred and twenty one prescription drugs in today’s world, come from plants. After all the trees are destroyed, the rainforest soil can be eroded in about ten years. This can cause horrible flooding to take place because there is no soil to absorb the rain.


 
I lived in Australia for fifteen years and saw for myself the end result of deforestation on the landscape. I have experienced dust storms and seen the rich topsoil blown from the agricultural land. I have also seen that topsoil carried by the wind and dumped on the streets of Melbourne. Loggers may think that once they cut down trees they can just plant more. What they do not seem to understand is that when a deforested area grows back, it does not have the same multiplicity as it once did.

 

 

Adding to the trend is the disturbing fact that 2005 was the hottest year for the nation since it first began compiling weather records in 1900. Plagued by extreme drought for the last decade, Australia is the world’s driest inhabited country. The drought of 2002-2003 reduced its annual wheat production by more than 50%. In the regions where most Australians live, crucial water reservoirs and rivers have dried up.  But even as much of the country rationed water, a number of places were soaked with above average rainfall. Further adding to the abnormalities in weather, some areas experienced extremely rare snowfalls in the summer. Bureau statistics confirmed that 2006 was in fact the driest year on record in Southern Australia.


We have been breaking the laws that administer the environment and agriculture for so long that we think there are no penalties, but there are. It has taken years, even thousands of years, but mankind’s history of raping the environment and abusing the physical laws that administer its stable and healthy existence, is catching up with us at alarming speed. Beyond suffering the consequences for our poor environmental and agricultural management and rejection of the physical laws that administer this earth, the environmental catastrophes plaguing mankind are also curses brought upon us for our individual and national sins. It is a godly principle that men are blessed for obedience and cursed for disobedience.

So whether we like it or not–or can comprehend it or not–we are now under a curse! Our cities are festering wounds, which will not heal. They are filled with racial hatred due to multiculturalism, bombings, drugs, street brawls caused by drunkenness, poverty, violent crime, pornography, prostitution, sodomy, riots and contamination. We also have numerous family's being ruled by children, all because there is no discipline and the children are running around like a pack of feral animals.

On top of this we have MSRA running rampant throughout our Hospitals. Our farmlands are cursed with changing weather patterns, drought, floods, insects and disease. Take note of the following verses and you will see that devastated crops and infertile land are curses for disobedience. Deuteronomy 28:16-18 Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field. Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store. Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine (cattle) and the flocks of thy sheep.

While the following verses shows that rising temperatures and widespread drought are also curses. Deuteronomy 28:23-24 And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron. The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Multiculturalism and mass immigration is also another curse upon our land - so take note of the following verses. Deuteronomy 28:43-44 The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him; he shall be the head, and shalt be the tail.  Is not this the way it is today, does not the alien have more say and rights than we do?

The root cause of the widespread environmental devastation overtaking this planet is not global warming. The root cause is mankind’s widespread denunciation of the physical laws governing the earth, and of the spiritual law of God. Therefore the basic resolution to our natural disaster does not lie in managing carbon dioxide emissions or driving our cars less, as politicians are suggesting. The solution to these crises lies in mankind respecting the physical laws that administer this planet–and far more importantly, repenting before God and embracing the spiritual laws designed by God to bring health and happiness into our lives. Things will continue to get worse until we wake up and change our ways.

We hear nothing from the main line Churches on the above Biblical principles. They are more interested in theology, tolerance and understanding towards others, women clergy, plus the debate about sodomy, which the Bible clearly states is an abomination, so why the debate. Surely they should be teaching the people Biblical truth, on morality etc. This they dare not do for fear of their Churches becoming empty. The truth is unpopular and hurts people's feelings, therefore ministers have become people pleasers, by casting the truth and their God to one side as though it was irrelevant.

Most of the clergy today are ignorant when it comes to Bible prophecy, therefore they are incapable of warning their flock of the coming world wide conflict and suffering ahead. My advice to the clergy is to wake up, for you are leading your flock astray and scripture clearly states that God will hold you to account for such actions. 2 Peter 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. Therefore my advice to all is, let the mind of the Master, be the Master of your mind!

I love to see these pygmy politicians grandstanding on the world stage, using their faulty scientific global warming modules to predict what they think is going to happen to this planet. Then coming up with their so called answers in dealing with this phenomena, but I can assure you it is scare tactics, it is one big con. These politicians will jump on any bandwagon so they can gain extra taxes from your wage packet. Let me tell you this, God has a plan for this planet and there is nothing man can say or do to change the outcome. This planet will shortly be prepared for change, the wicked will be removed from this planet just as they were in the days of Noah. One day shortly this earth shall be changed for ever.
