Seventy-Two Marks Of Israel

 

The Scriptures point out the marks or clues, which would lead the people to the Messiah, here are but a few.
 

1.  A babe wrapped in swaddling clothes.

2.  Lying in a manger.

3.  Marks for doubters, like Thomas.

5.  Marks for the faltering, like Peter.

6.  Marks for the devoted , like Mary Magdalene.

7.  Marks of suffering.

8.  Marks of conflict.

9.  Marks of agony.

10. Marks of victory.

12. Marks as He ascended.

Match the above marks to the man and they would point to the Messiah.
 

The same principle applies to Israel. Match the marks to the Nation and you will find that they point to Israel-(Anglo-Saxon-Celtic Great Britain, plus our kith and kin within the Commonwealth Nations).
 

I find seventy-two marks in Scripture pointing to the Nation of Israel. One must not become confused at this point, one must remember that the House of Israel and the House of Judah are separate from each other, that is if you understand Scripture correctly! So we can see before going any further that the Jews are not in the picture at all: and the first four following identities wipe out every nation under the sun but those of British stock.

 

The Marks Of Israel

1. Abraham was to be a Great and Mighty Nation - Gen:18:18.

2. Abraham's name was to be "Great" Gen: 12:12.

3. Jacob-Israel was to be exceedingly fruitful. Gen. 28:14; Gen. 49:22; Num. 23:10; Isa. 10:22; Isa. 27:6; Hos. 1:10; Zec. 10:8.

4. Jacob-Israel was to spread abroad to the West, East, North and South. Gen. 28:14; Isa. 43:5, 6.

5. Israel was to become a Davidic King. Jer. 33:17,21, 26; Eze. 37:24; 2 Sam. 7:13, 29.

6. Israel was to be the first of the Nations. Gen. 49:22, 26; Deut. 26:19.

7. Israel to continue as a Nation for ever. 2 Sam. 7:16, 24, 29; 1 Chron. 17:22-27; Jer. 31:35-37.

8. Israel to dwell alone. Num. 23:9; Deut. 33:28.

9. Israel was to have a new home. 2 Sam. 7:10; 1 Chron. 17:19.

10. Israel's home North and West of Palestine. Isa. 49:12; Jer. 3:18.

11. Israel's home un-invadeable. Isa. 41:11-14; 2 Sam. 7:10.

12. Israel to be un-defeatable defended by God. Num. 24:8, 9; Isa. 54:15-17; Mich. 5:8.

13. Israel like a Lion. Num. 23:24; Num. 24:9.

14. Israel to have control of the seas and be a Great Naval Power. Num. 24:7; Deut. 33:19; Psa. 89:25; Isa. 60:5.

15. Israel to have land of great mineral wealth. Deut. 33:15-19.

16. Israel to have land of great agriculture wealth. Deut. 8:9; Isa. 60:5-11; Isa. 61:6.

17. Israel to be rich in trading. Deut. 8:9; Isa. 60:5-11; Isa. 61:6.

18. Israel to be above all Nations. Gen. 43:4; Isa. 60:10, 12; Mich. 7:16, 17; Jer. 33:9.

19. Israel to have Great Colonies, or become a Company of Nations. Gen. 17:4, 6, 15, 16; Gen. 35:11; Gen. 48:19.

20. Israel to lose a Colony, and then increase demanding more room. Isa.49:21.

21. Israel to lend to other nations, borrowing from none. Deut 15:6; Deut. 28:12.

22. Israel to reign over many Nations; to be reigned over by none. Deut. 28:6.

23. The Aborigines were to diminish before Israel. Deut. 33:17; Isa. 60:12; Jer. 46:28.

24. Israel to possess the gate of his enemies. Gen. 22:17.

25. Israel to have all the land he needed. Deut. 32:8.

26. Israel to possess the land from the Euphrates to the uttermost sea. Deut. 11:24.

27. Israel was to be a people saved by the Lord. Deut.33:27-29; Isa. 41:8-14; Isa. 43:1-8; Isa. 44:1-3; Isa.  49:25, 26; Isa. 52:1-12; Isa. 54:1-10, 13, 15; Jer. 46:27,28; Eze. ch 34; Hos. 2:23; Hos. 13:9-14; Hos. 14:4-6

28. Israel was to live in islands and coasts of the earth. Isa. 41:1, 2; Isa. 49:1-3; Isa. 51:5; Jer. 31:7-10.

29. Israel was to have a new language. Isa. 28:11. (The Bible, by means of which God speaks now to Israel is in English, not Hebrew).

30. Israel was to have a new name. Isa. 62:2; Isa.65:1, 15; Hos. 2:17.

31. Israel was to have a new religion. Jer. 31:33, 34; Heb. 8:13; Heb. 9:17; Luke 2:32; Luke 22:20; Matt. 15:24, 26; Luke 1:17; Gal.3:13; John 11:49-52.

32. Israel Was to lose trace of her lineage and would no longer know that she was of Israel. In other words she would be blinded of the truth and how true that is today. Hos.2:6; Hos. 1:9, 10; Hos. 2:17; Isa. 42:16.

33. Israel was to keep the Sabbath for ever. Ex. 31:13, 16, 17; Isa. 42:16.

34. Two Great Rival Nations were to spring from Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, or in other words Great Britain and America.

35. Israel was to have a Heathen Empire. In other words the non Anglo-Saxon-Celtic people's of the Commonwealth. Psa.111:5, 6; Psa. 149:19, 20.

36. Israel was to be the custodian of the Oracles of God. Isa. 59:21; Psa. 149:19, 20.

37. Israel was to be a people glorying Christ. Isa. 41:16; Acts 5:31; Rom. 16:26, 27; Luke 2:32; not Jews see 1 Peter 2:7, 8; John 11:52.

38. Israel was to carry the Gospel to all the World. Gen. 28:14; Isa. 43:21; Mic. 5:7; Witness; Isa. 43:13-12.

39. Israel was to be God's Heritage, formed by God, for God for ever. Deut. 4:20; Deut. 14:2; 2 Sam. 7:23, 24; Isa.43:21; Isa. 54:5-10; Mic. 7:14-18; Hos. 2:19, 23; Joel 2:27; 1 Kings 9:51, 53.

40. Israel will not be found in Circumcision. Circumcision was a sign of the Old Covenant. Israel will be found under the New Covenant. Heb. 8:6-9; Heb. 9:17; Acts 15:10; Gal. 2:13; Circumcision abolished, Acts 15:19, 29.

41. Israel was to be kind to the poor. Deut 15:7, 11.

42. Israel was to be Refuge of the downtrodden, the liberator of slaves. Isa.49:8, 9 Isa. 58:6, 7.

43. Israel was described as "Drunken" Isa. 28:1-7.

44. Israel was to be called or named after Isaac. Gen.21:12; Amos 7:16; Rom 9:7. (Saxons is a corruption or shortening of Isaac's sons, or Sacs' sons).

45. Israel was to be a Kingdom of Priests, a Holy Nation to the Lord. Ex.19:6; Deut. 7:6; Lev. 20:26; Chron. 61:6; Isa. 62:12.

46. Israel was to pray towards Jerusalem. 1 Kings 8:30; Salmon commanded it and so prayed, see2 Chron.6:21, 26.

47. The Nation was the Church. The whole people good and bad formed the Assembly, the Congregation; so it WAS with our National Church in times past. Almost all  denominations today are mixed up in the Ecumenical movement (Church or Rome) and this should NOT BE! It is indeed an unholy alliance.

48. Our singular name "Great Britain." Brit or Brith is Hebrew for Covenant, it is also Welsh for the same, also the Welsh language is the nearest thing to Hebrew than any other language. Britain is Covenant Land; British is Covenant Man. In other words, the Man of the Covenant lives in the Land of the Covenant.

49. Israel or Joseph, Must have possession of the stone of Israel, Gen. 28:18-22. Israel's Stone of Destiny, which is the cornerstone of our  nation, was set beneath the Coronation Chair in Westminster Abbey. Jacob's Pillow or "Stone of Destiny reached Ireland in 582 B.C. and was called the "Lia Fail." It was then taken to Scotland in 503 A.D. by Fergus the Great. It was finally brought to Westminster in 1296 A.D. By King Edward l. The Stone of Destiny was returned to Scotland in November 1996 A.D. ( There are none so blind as those who will not see).

50. Israel was to deliver Jerusalem in the last days. Eze. 25:14; Eze. 36:8, 12; Luke 21:24.

51. Israel's New Home was to be filled with the treasures of the Gentiles (Heathen). Isa. 60:5-16; Isa. 61:6.

52. Israel's Teachers, Pastors and Shepherds were to be Blind to their Identity and that fact is still true today. Eze. 34:1-16; People ditto, Isa. 43:8-10.

53. Israel was to Colonise desolate places of the earth Isa. 49:8; Isa. 54:3.

54. Israel was to encompass or Girdle the Earth. Deut. 32:8, 9; Jer. 51:19; Psa. 72:2; Isa. 54:12..

55. Israel's return is to be-among other places-from Australia. Isa. 49:12. Authorised Version says "Land of Sinim." The Vulgate (The forth-century Latin version of the Bible) says "Terra Australis."

56. The Lord undertakes to fight against all who fight against Israel. Isa. 41:8-14; Isa.49:25, 26; Isa. 52:12; Isa. 54:15-17.

57. Israel's seed was to be honoured among the Gentiles (Heathen). Isa.44:3; Isa. 59:21; Haggai 2:5.

58. Israel to posses God's Holy Spirit as well as His word. Isa. 44:3; Isa. 59:21; Haggai 2:5.

59. Israel to be Gentle and Magnanimous in Victory. 1 Kings 20:31.

60. Those that blessed Israel were to be blessed and those that cursed Israel were to be cursed. Gen. 12:3; Num. 24:9.

61. Israel to be the chief opponent of Antichrist at Armageddon. Eze. 38, Eze. 39. Most commentators agree that this is Great Britain's Part.

62. Israel to be heir of the World. Rom. 4:13. Through faith, not the Law, if through the Law, the Jews would be the heirs.

63. Israel to be God's glory. Isa. 46:13; Isa. 49:3; Isa. 60:1,2.

64. Israel is to call an unknown nation and unknown nations are to run to Israel. Isa. 55:5.

65. Israel is to pride herself in the lifting up of the Nations. Isa. 49:8, 9; Isa. 61:6.

66. Israel is to be sown in the earth. Hos. 2:23; Jer. 31:27; Zech. 10:9; Amos 9:9.

67. Israel is to punish Edom in the last days. Eze. 25:14; Obad. 18; Isa. 11:14; Amos 9:12.

68. Israel to break in pieces the nations. Jer. 51:19-24; Mich. 5:8; Num. 24:8, 9; Dan. 2:44.

69. Israel is the Nation to bring glory to God. Isa. 54:8-16; Isa.43:10, 21; Isa. 44:23; Isa. 49:3; Isa. 60:21.

70. Israel's people to be established in righteousness. Isa. 54:14; Isa. 14:25; Rom. 11:26.

71. Israel to remain in ignorance to her special relationship to God. Till the great revealing comes. Eze. 39:7, 22, 28.

Israel's soldiers in the latter days to be in scarlet uniforms. Nathum 2:3, 4. On occasions of the Trooping of the Colours, a leading newspaper headed an article "Scarlet Troops" the very word of Scripture.

If one reads all of the readings within this article, then I am sure you would come to the same conclusion as I did. Great Britain is the Israel of God, including our kith and kin within other lands.
